There were so many women in that room that for so many years; I looked to when my own voice was silenced. I saw myself represented in that room more than I have in any other place in my life; where in a room of so many beautiful, wonderful, incredible women; disabled and neurodivergent women made up such a large number. Neurodivergent women are cool as hell. We are the imagineers, we are the change makers. And I am so goddamn excited for the rest of the world to start seeing that. I thought I was put on this earth as a mistake; I kept my window open every single night on the off chance that Peter Pan would whisk me back to Neverland, to a world or pirates and mermaids.
