Seborrheic keratosis (SK) are benign skin growths that become more prevalent with age. They can be found just about anywhere, including the face, scalp and trunk. While SKs are benign, they can be unsightly and when then get very scaly, they can become itchy and irritating. The most common method of removal is cryosurgery using liquid nitrogen as shown here. The trick is to do shorter pulses to prevent pigment changes and white spots. A dermatologist can check out your growth of concern with a full body skin check.
