They have to make an appointment. Rarely, do they have evening or weekend appointments.⁠ ⁠ Healthy life balance is so important, and may look different for everyone. At my salon, we made our schedules available 9-9 on the weekdays with a staggered schedule system.⁠ ⁠ And honestly, yes some of my stylists were worried about this shift in the salon.⁠ ⁠ But the fact is, our business still grew & we received overwhelming responses like “wow good for you guys.” 🙌 ⁠ ⁠ I’m here to remind you, your business does not need to fit inside a box. Weekends or not...
