The artist Vasarely is widely known as the “grandfather” of Op Art, with his precise use of pattern and colour creating the most incredible illusion of movement in every painting. Featuring a selection of ten major works covering almost his entire career from the 1950s to the 1980s, a large canvas from 1976 stands out, ‘Einstein-Ker’, showing Vasarely’s fascination with scientific discoveries of the time.
