Shout out to Curtains. This show was deemed Olympia High School’s grand return to full-scale musical wonder, and then it died. I, along with plenty of other members of the cast, got Covid opening night and our show was shelved for two weeks. But it wasn’t over. We were determined to raise the curtain on this show and perform it for an audience, and that’s just what we did. 7 performances became just 3, but I’d be lying if I said those weren’t some of the greatest night of theatre I have participated in during my entire life. 2 hours and 45 minutes, 7 songs, 261 lines, 2 accents, and 40 cast members. So long Curtains, you were certainly a huge... smaesh.
