I haven’t done one of these in a while. I don’t know exactly why but I think that it felt wrong to post accomplishments at a time when the entire world (and country) were struggling... so I thought it was a good idea to take a break. These past 6 months have been surreal - in August I did not have a single closing in Manhattan. But I think that we may see a shift back to “normal” soon... I spent all of the past 6 months in Manhattan and today I took a walk with my dog in Bryant Park. For the first time in as long as I can remember I saw almost the entire park filled with people (with masks on, socially distancing).
New York is a strong city. There’s a reason why everyone uses us as the baseline for comparison. The city we know and love will 100% return to normal and for now, here are some of the amazing homes and apartments that my clients have purchased over the past few months. I’m truly happy for all of them and it was a privelage to be able to provide the financing for them at a time like this. Oh and a special thank you to my amazing assistant/work wife, @olgae09 for putting up with my craziness. I’m lucky to have you 👫
