I want to send a very special #flexfriday athlete shot out to my Prep athletes @sbaca_lll who is 1 day out from the @musclecontest Border States! Samuel came to me & started an off season back in September of 2021. @sbaca_lll started his prep after his bulk at 172 @ 30%, & as of today is down to 129 lbs @ 9%. A drop of 43lbs & 21% in a 16 week prep As his prep & posing coach, I am 💯 certain we have done everything we can to bring our best! Almost over a year or more of hardwork, lots of invested time and efforts into Samuel! I have been tough on him and have put lots of pressure, but I know he now knows it was all worth it! Tomorrow we will be unveiling all of our and his hardwork! Already a champion in my eyes, by never doing bodybuilding training to fully diving in it!
