Damon was one of my best buds in high school. He was such an awesome guy and had a way about him that just made you like him. We used to sneak off campus and hit Taqueria Vallartas for cranium-size burritos all the time. I am so sorry for his family. We lost an amazing man and a hero today. I don’t want to acknowledge my feelings towards the shooter. Humanity needs to evolve. We, as a species, should be ashamed of how we are treating each other.
