Spring break memories🤠🪩✨ I am so thankful for my family. I am grateful they were able to take the time to come to Canyon. With the semester growing more difficult, and motivation running thin, this is the exact thing I needed. I admit, I have neglected rest, and I truly believe the Lord provided this week to essentially force me into a state of rest, not only so that I would lean more fully on Him, but to also acknowledge His goodness and ability to provide. I'm reminded of Matthew 11:28-30, which says, [28] Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. [29] Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. [30] For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” As I continue to prepare for Taiwan, I will keep the importance of rest and taking the Lord's yoke upon me for His burden is light.
