Launching TODAY! @doordash ‘s new magazine Secret Menu which features Asian food in Los Angeles for issue 01. This one is near and dear to my heart as I got the opportunity to write and photograph this piece on Indonesian food in LA. 🇮🇩I visited 3 Indonesian restaurants, one of which I have been visiting since I was a child. I am always perplexed at why/how Indonesian food has not blown up! I am biased of course, but it's incredibly tasty and layered with flavors.
