Put this on your radar for what you’ll be doing with your Thanksgiving leftovers!!! Friend of Lane’s, Robert Schultz shared this recipe with us! We realized after we made it that he told us to put the cranberry sauce on after instead of before ha, but it ended up great, and we just added more cranberry sauce afterward!! Step 1: add your leftover stuffing to turkey stock and mix together Step 2: use a breakfast sausage to create little “pucks” and wrap with bacon! Step 3: pipe stuffing mix into the pork shot Step 4: *optional* add cranberry sauce Step 5: add your bbq rub of choice, we used our spellbound hot! Step 5: put onto the grill (300F until you reach temp on the pork of at least 145F, leave on longer to get crispier bacon to taste) Step 6: add on some cold cranberry sauce Step 7: enjoy!!!
