Committed to the process. You aligned your heart and rolled up your sleeves. From late nights to long weekends to months and months of two-a-days. (Following a ‘proper’ designed, well executed strength and conditioning program that we adjusted and modified along the way...coming 🔜 😉 ) Somedays we went hard. Somedays we dialed it back. Somedays we laughed. Somedays watched the Rocky series over and over. Somedays we didn’t say a word. Somedays we just focused on the ‘breath’ Some days we just worked on quieting the mind. And some days we just cried...together. I told you Adele, ‘It’s never going to get easier, you just have to get stronger’. And that was the sole/soul goal, period. To just...get...stronger, inside-and-out. The ‘stones’ we left behind were just the side effect. And, You grew. You evolved. You showed up. You put the ‘work-in’ and the ‘work-out’. You peeled back the layers...within. And you never gave up, especially when things heated up, inside-and-outside the gym. And I refused to let you be anything but the best you could be. The unwavering anvil within your life. One step at a time. One rep at a time. You forged routines into rituals. And brick by brick 🧱 the rituals became a new lifestyle And the lifestyle became a new ‘path’. And they say, ‘....‘the path’, to becoming a queen, is more valuable than the crown itself.’ For on your new ‘path’ you have become more than a queen... You have become a fighter, an athlete a peaceful warrior. Stronger and most importantly more resilient then ever before. ...And it ain’t over yet! 🤫 (The second mountain 🏔 🏔) I’m truly humbled and honored to be a resource, a tool within the process, a sherpa along your climb up the ‘path’.
