Hello our valued customers, As you may be aware we decided to start using Evri due to ongoing frequent Royal Mail Postal Strikes. This was to ensure customers ordering would receive their order as quickly as possible with minimal delays. Unfortunately things haven't been as smooth as we would have hoped in making this decision. Due to a large influx of complaints surrounding slow delivery timeframe and occurrences of damaged or lost orders we have decided with immediate effect to go back to using only Royal Mail for our UK postal volume. We are very sorry to all of our loyal customers who may have recently experienced a sub-standard delivery with your recent order but rest assured we are dispatching fast and we are reverting back to a service we had very little issues with.
