Swiss Air Business Class🇨🇭 60,000 aeroplan miles each got us seats business class seats on the Montreal to Zurich route. Not exactly an aspiration business class product, however it is a reliable way to get from North America to Europe for the least amount of points. Because of the multi-seating configuration the business class cabin holds a lot of passengers, and we see consistent award seats released from the airline. Hard product is just okay. Seats are a little dated, footwell is narrow, TV is small, and when sitting with your partner, one of you will be more exposed to the aisle. We were able to change our seats to the Throne seats, where there is a large armrest on both sides, and takes up the same space as one seat, as the double seats in front and behind. These typically cost $200 each to reserve, but are released to be booked for free 2 days before your flight. Soft product was good. Welcome drink came quickly, dinner presentation could be improved, but taste was very good. Breakfast lacked, however it was a shorter 7 hour flight. Amenity kit is nothing special and wasn’t kept. Flight attendants were friendly and attentive. Overall still a great way to get over to Europe!
