Antoya Modern Korean Barbecue (📍37 W 32nd St New York, NY) features an exciting selection of mouthwatering meats and classic Korean dishes! My meal started with some assorted Banchan and I tried a variety of Antoya’s menu options. Make sure you order their Assorted Pork Platter which includes pork belly, pork jowl, and marinated pork shoulder steak and their Galbi (marinated Korean beef short rib). I was fortunate enough to also try their Miyazaki Wagyu A5 which is available in limited quantities. As you can see in the video... The marbling of the wagyu was beautiful. During my visit, I also tried their Kimchi Fried Rice with Sliced Beef Brisket, Gyeran-jjim (steamed egg souffle), and cocktails.
