Honnold’s Ultimate Red Rock Traverse, aka, The HURT. In October, @alexhonnold completed a project he'd been working on piecing together for a few years – a climbing/scrambling/hiking route that combines "as many classic climbing routes and as many summits as I could in as uncontrived a way as I could find." The final result was a ~35 mile route that included 23 summits, 14 classic rock climbs, and 24,000 feet of vertical gain that took 32 hours to complete..."Not that the numbers really do it justice - the terrain is so complicated and jumbled that it’s really hard to move around at all." Besides completing the monstrosity that is the HURT, 2022 was a special year for Alex and Sanni as they welcomed their baby girl, June, into their family. Congrats, you guys!
