What a mother F’n day! First off it’s so hard to express what I’m about to and be happy when theres an entire city/nation mourning and dealing with such a horrific tragedy that took the lives of innocent children and teachers. Our hearts and prayers are with each and every family affected in Uvalde, Texas. 🙏 🕊 I like to stay behind the scenes but today I felt it was necessary to come out of my shell and express my deepest gratitude to my entire Coffee Coffee team!! Yesterday we received a write up from @eater_la and it was a very surreal moment and much needed. We have been grinding here with an elevated food menu for just about 1 year now. My team comes in every day with passion, with pride and commitment to their craft. They all pitch in no matter where they are needed and have always worked as one unit. It hasn’t been the easiest road, there’s been hurdles, obstacles, growing pains etc but at the end of the day I’ve given everything to this and so has each individual here at Coffee Coffee. We are striving to put smiles on everyone’s faces, to shock people with food they wouldn’t expect to eat at a “ Coffee Shop”. This experience has been humbling so far and I only hope we can share our space/experience with more and more people. So to my team and their leaders @adrnbcstro @paolaberlanga thank you for everything you have given here and continue to give daily! Also thank you to my family/friends for their support along the way. I hope one day I’ve made you proud.
