Pull-Up Progression Part 3 (Final) 💪 Part 3 is where strength meets control. In this final progression, I’m adding load and intent: • Weighted pull-ups with a resistance band + plate to build serious pulling strength • Wide-grip pull-ups with a (dead-hang) pause to eliminate momentum and demand full muscle engagement No swinging.
