An incredible summer that was full steam ahead. In July, I luckily caught what was gonna be a really bad burn out before it happened. A few weeks in a special place like Martha’s Vineyard helped that. This trip showed me so many signs — literally. Specifically - to slow down. Also, I think touched down in peak Hydrangea season — hydrangeas have a short shelf life but when they are good — they are really good. Boy, was I mind blown. I get to witness life so fully in color because I choose to see it that way. I cannot help but to think my Higher Power often shows me the way to go and when I see that path I walk down it, literally. This time many of my paths, seen in the vids and pics, were paths full of flowers. I roamed MV and took steps wherever the flowers lead me. And in result, I met amazing people, saw beautiful things and connected more to myself. Lucky me. Slowing down for me is hard. Is it for you too? But it’s the thing I often value the most. When I do it, I’m really good at it. When I do it, I’m able to often speed up again much more smoothly.
