For the last few weeks my family has been going through something that only those closest to me knew about. My grandma has slowly been declining in health and yesterday she decided it was time to join my grandpa. I’m going to miss my lunch dates with my grandma and giving her all the head rubs she wants but, she’s no longer in a place of suffering. She has lived such a long and beautiful life and has always embodied the word grace. The last two things she said to me was that she was so proud of me and that she loved me. Even until the very end she hung on and told all those she loved how important they were to her. Enjoy your beautiful angel wings ❤️
