My 12 week transformation. I ran our “Get Lean”program, slept 8 hr a night, drank a ton of water, tracked my nutrition, and walked 10k steps a day to get here. I don’t want you to think it’s just this ONE magical fast thing I did to get the results I wanted. It takes a promise to yourself and a lifestyle change in order to achieve anything you want in life. This is a program but the lessons you pick up along the way - like what you’re made of, who supports you, what it takes to set a goal and achieve it - are the reason why I enjoy fitness so much. I’m not saying this is the best program you will ever do or that this is the only way. I am saying if you commit to something you have to fight the old you to reach and become the new you. I was fortunate enough to have an entire 12 week series filmed around this whole transformation of mine. I was actually competing against @bartkwan to see which one of us would lose the most weight. The loser was punished big time (of course). If you’re all caught up on the series no spoilers please.
