dry ingredients:â
1 cup oat flourâ
1 cup flour (use gluten-free all purpose flour if gf)â
1 tbsp gingerâ
1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, allspiceâ
1 tbsp Letâs Do Organic cornstarchâ
1 tsp baking powder & baking sodaâ

wet ingredients:â
1/2 cup applesauceâ
1/4 cup melted coconut oilâ
2 tbsp molassesâ
1/3 cup brown sugarâ
1/2 tbsp vanilla extractâ
3/4 cup milk (we used almond milk)â

frosting:â
1/3 cup Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk (refrigerate can overnight and scoop the cream off the top)â
1/3 cup powdered sugarâ
1-2 tbsp milkâ

preheat oven to 350Fâ
mix all the dry ingredients togetherâ
mix in the wet ingredientsâ
stir until it forms a smooth consistencyâ
bake for 50-55 minâ
in the meantime make the frostingâ
