I’ve never had the balls to post a shirtless pic. EVER. I wouldn’t even take my shirt off in public. I’ve always struggled with my weight and never been able to completely stay with a program or goal. But quarantine hit and brought uncertainty to everything and I found myself with time on my hands and so I made it my goal to change the things I wanted that I could control. I don’t know what this next year will hold but, sticking to this goal has inspired me that I can overcome anything if I put my mind to it. And while I’m still not perfect, I hope to continue to make positive changes, and continue to work on myself, one day at a time, and be proud of who I am and what I’ve accomplished.
