Traditional Barbell Back Squat (of course) These put alot of emphasis on your Posterior chain (hamstrings, glutes, back ext) as well as your groin muscle (inner thigh) 2. Hack Squat ; these work your entire lower half how ever put an emphasis on your quads... and boy oh boy do we love some good quad development 🀩 3. Last but not least, Elevated Squat. For these if you can be in a sumo position its better, go as low as you can to fully stretch the glute muscle. This is probably my favorite squat variation because of the deep groin stretch and the emphasis on the bootay.
