Half marathon around London on route back from work. 🏃‍♂️⚡️ It’s not all been fun and games during the last few months training. I’ve had to dig deep many times and ask myself many tough questions. I’ve experienced some lows, but I’ve also learnt true strength lives within vulnerability. When we are most weak, when we are most empty of self it’s in those moments we are most full of the Divine Nature. On route we face dark moments it can feel like hell sometimes, but how do you get booted out of hell? You start enjoying yourself they don’t like you having fun down there. 3weeks left until me and @michaeldoughty_ run 4 back to back ultra marathons fulled by nature to represent its strength and beauty in aid to promote building a conscious relationship with the elements and raise money for @earthpercent Igniting change through challenge together.
