#4 might surprise you... 👀👇 Here are 4 things that helped reduce inflammation in my body so I could start to feel better physically & mentally 🙏🏻 1️⃣ Gluten I noticed right away my energy, skin + bloating improved when I cut out gluten. This swap has made all the difference for me and I know I’m not the only one. 2️⃣ Alcohol This isn’t easy but man is it worth it. Today marks 6 months of no alcohol for me and I’m so proud of myself. Being hungover used to take me out for DAYS. I now can think clear without feeling foggy and regretting my choices. I trust myself to take care of myself. 3️⃣ Added sugar I feel 100x better when I eat whole real foods compared to processed foods. I think most people do. For me, feeling good (after 5+ years of struggling) is my biggest priority and being intentional about saying no to added sugar has been a huge game changer for my gut, skin, brain fog, energy, you name it. 10/10 would recommend. 4️⃣ Social media + messages right when I wake up I started to notice how much more calmer my day is when I don’t start it with my phone. When I start my day with meditation, journaling, a workout instead, my nervous system stays regulated, making it easier for me to digest, be energized, not feel rushed, not need as much caffeine, the list goes on + on.
