Feeling like it’s 2020 with this sourdough banana bread 🍌 RECIPE: 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 large eggs 1/3 cup sour cream or yogurt 1/2 cup sourdough discard 1 1/4 cup mashed bananas 1/2 cup neutral oil 1 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup choc chunks or chips Slice a banana in half lengthwise for the top and finally had a sprinkle of sugar. Bake 350F for 80-90 minutes.
