Yesterday we celebrated the launch of the first stage of our new Box Hill Central South precinct. The first stage redevelopment includes new retailers, a new entrance, a wonderful new street art façade and a fresh, vibrant interior design. It also includes a brand-new Coles, who we celebrated alongside of as they opened the doors of their brand-new store. It was great to see so many in attendance at yesterday’s event, including Mayor Tina Liu, Whitehorse City Council and Paul Hamer MP, State Member for Box Hill. Over the coming months we’ll be unveiling four new dual frontage restaurants and continue working to deliver three levels of new co-working office space, which sits above the centre. This is an exciting milestone in our journey to transform the heart of Box Hill into a world-class, mixed-use destination for Melbourne and its growing south-east.
