This is my go-to drink when I want to impress guests at home or anytime I’m doing a mobile bartending gig. The float wasn’t as pretty here but it still tastes amazing. 😆 New York Sour ——————————- Ingredients: • 2 oz bourbon • 3⁄4 oz house-made sour mix • 1⁄4 oz rich simple syrup • 1⁄2 oz egg white • 1 oz red wine Instructions: 1. Add bourbon, house-made sour mix, rich simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker with a large ice cube. Shake well. 2. Strain out the ice, then dry shake (shake again without ice) to build a smooth, frothy texture. 3. Strain into a glass over a large ice cube. 4. Slowly float the red wine on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon. 5.
