the start of my first (& definitely not last) solo trip! I wanted this experience to grow from, to have time with space & in silence to really hear myself. I’ve already learned and grown so much here in Costa Rica and can definitely say that I hear and feel more connected to myself than ever! Getting to know yourself, alone, away from any distractions, is such a gift. It’s so important that we make space for ourselves to tune in in this way (and no you don’t have to go to a different country to do this!) My intention is to bring the practices, routines, structures (or lack there of at times) that I’ve implemented and experienced here back home with me to LA to create and live a life more in alignment with my absolute true self than I even knew was possible. I thought I had found alignment, and I had for awhile. But we GROW and EVOLVE and it’s important that we allow the ways in which we do life to grow and evolve with us. When I set my New Years intentions in January, 2 words kept persisting in my mind: live and experience Honestly, I didn’t know what this meant at the time or how I was supposed to manifest those words but my intuition persisted. So I decided I’d trust it, set the intention and flow where I was guided & my heart was pulled. I think I get it now and now I see, once again, that the universe, our guidance, always knows what’s best for us all along 🤍
