*SAVE NOW* My iphone Gordon Ramsay moment Leg Of Lamb - My Way (Your way is probably better 🙃) Oven hack: If you have a small oven ask your butcher to half cut the end of the leg so it bends and fits into your oven Score some vertical lines back and front Pop some whole garlic cloves into the cuts spaced out I used the @robertsonsspice steak and chops spice about two table spoons (there’s so much salt in this you won’t need to add extra) I would recommend using @rajahspices meat tenderiser if it’s your first time cooking a whole leg and playing with the oven Lemon juice Oil Ground Black Pepper Yoghurt (it further softens) Work into a paste Brush on and massage well into the meat back and forth Add sprigs of rosemary spaced out to finish. It adds an earthy flavour to the meat Marinate for 24 hours Slow cook in the oven. I cooked mines in a fan assisted oven on 150 degrees
