Two weeks ago, I embarked on a mission to capture the @blueboardinc ’s first documentation of a week-long travel reward. 🌟 I traveled alongside Terri H from at Guidewire (@guidewirecareers). She wanted to visit the final frontier for her 15 year anniversary reward at the company. I landed in Anchorage, AK at midnight and was greeted with broad daylight. I wouldn’t see darkness for the rest of the month. Our first activity began with an 8 hour ride on The Alaska Railroad to Denali onboard the Wilderness Express Train 🚂.The ride offers fresh made drinks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner with stunning views of Denali (if the conditions are right.) the ride also includes a guide narrating the history of the railroad as you cross many landmarks and animals. They were great. My favorite part was getting outside to look over the edge of the riding over the famous Hurricane Gulch Bridge with a 300ft drop, built in 1921! 🛤 Many more photos and videos to come from this trip as we flew around Denali, took a Jeep tour, boated around a glacier and ate fresh salmon in Seward!
