Sometimes the only thing better than a chicken salad, is a turkey salad!! We took some leftover over Turkey and mixed in some greens and some sauce, rubs, and mayo and had a great leftover fresh lunch!! We loaded our salad up with turkey, apple, celery, chives, jalapeño pepper, pecans, dried cranberries, and sage!! Then we added our Sorta White sauce and our Southbound sauce, some of our Cubano rub, and some @dukes_mayonnaise This was just so so good!!
