🚨 STOP SCROLLING… have you had FILIPINO Adobo like this? 🇵🇭🔥 This is my go-to recipe when I need something EASY but still mind-blowingly DELICIOUS. Pork shoulder → high sear for flavor → then braised low & slow in soy, vinegar, garlic, onion, bay leaf, black pepper, and a touch of sugar. 45 minutes later… the meat super tender, and the sauce is rich, bold, and loaded with comfort. It’s SIMPLE. It’s DELICIOUS. And it’s PURE COMFORT FOOD. ✨ 👉 SHARE and TAG with your foodie friends, and tell me in the comments: what’s YOUR favorite way to cook adobo?
