My tattoos are art, in looking at this picture on this day last year I see how few I had! shortly after this picture was taken I went through many events and challenges leaving me feeling overwhelming numb. Between September of last year and January of this one I got a considerable amount more. ( I now have 15)!! I believe when I got the majority of my tattoos, I was numb to the sensation of each one I got within that time period because of the pain I was in. I couldn’t feel any of the tattoos, fast forward to the present space I now reside in and I feel everything!! My most recent tattoo which is the high priestess tarot card hurt like a mother F’er LOL. I believe this is because I am no longer in that space of numbness; I have tapped into my higher being and I now can feel every single one of my feelings; and from a space of compassion for myself. Do you believe the majority of tattoos are a reflection of your previous state of mind?
