It’s a beautiful evening for a concert on the lawn. the legacy of jazz, experimentalism, and composition. On the occasion of David Hartt: A Colored Garden, Artifacts Trio performs original compositions from their latest album “...and then there’s this”, released on Astral Spirit Records. Hartt commissioned Mitchell to compose the score for his film Stray Light (2011), and Reid the scores for On Exactitude in Science (2021) and Et in Arcadia Ego (2022). Glass House Presents is an ongoing series of talks, performances, and other live events that extend the site’s historic role as a gathering place for artists, architects, and other creative minds.
