Pro tip: pb + j in chocolate = the easiest, tastiest treat. Whenever I want something chocolatey, I whip out my truffle molds (linked in stories) and make a batch of these. You can totally customize the fillings too- whatever you like works! These couldn’t be simpler, you’ll just need: - your favorite chocolate (I use @lilys_sweets or @letsbakebelieve to keep them lower in sugar) - Peanut butter of choice - Jam of choice - Truffle molds Directions: 1. Melt chocolate in a microwave sage bowl in 30 sec increments in the microwave. Stir until smooth. 2. Fill each mold roughly 1/3 of the way and swirl around so chocolate fully covers all sides (punch the bottom to help) 3. Pop into the freezer for 3-4 min to harden 4. Add 1/4 tsp peanut butter and 1/4 tsp jam into each truffle 5. Top with additional melted chocolate to cover fully 6. Tap on counter to release any air bubbles 7. Put in freezer for 20 minutes to solidify or in the fridge for 2 hours 8.
