🚨 Scooter thieves caught on video breaking into cars. #Regram @dionlimtv - Steals on Wheels: This video shows multiple suspects on scooters, breaking into a vehicle at a parking lot at 3rd and Harrison lot in San Francisco Thursday around 8pm. ⠀ The person who sent this video to me says "This happens often, more so when it's a Giants game." ⠀ Interestingly enough, I see a TON of car break-in videos but not many where the suspects are on scooters.
