Slowly getting back into training post-COVID...⁠ ⁠ I've been able to do some movement work in the gym which has been really great, but getting back on the bike is proving to be more difficult.⁠ ⁠ This morning was my second attempt on the turbo - attempt number one and some other bits on the bike didn't go so well, leaving my chest feeling pretty wrecked for the rest of the day, so I was a bit nervous about this.⁠ ⁠ Thankfully it was much better this time around! I made it through a low-intensity 30 mins without any issues and my chest is still doing alright a few hours later.⁠ ⁠ It's nice to be making progress even if it's the kind that I'm not used to.
