Slowly getting back into training post-COVID...
I've been able to do some movement work in the gym which has been really great, but getting back on the bike is proving to be more difficult.
This morning was my second attempt on the turbo - attempt number one and some other bits on the bike didn't go so well, leaving my chest feeling pretty wrecked for the rest of the day, so I was a bit nervous about this.
Thankfully it was much better this time around! I made it through a low-intensity 30 mins without any issues and my chest is still doing alright a few hours later.
It's nice to be making progress even if it's the kind that I'm not used to.
