It’s brunch season and if you’re trying to move on from mimosas, let me put you on to the Garibaldi. It’s still a simple two ingredient drink that uses orange juice, but the key is to use “fluffy” orange juice. You can achieve this by agitating and aerating the OJ which gives it a light, airy texture. I use a high-speed juicer that naturally aerates the juice. But if you don’t have one, here are some other methods to use: • Shake fresh OJ with ice in a cocktail shaker • Blitz it in a blender for a few seconds • Use an immersion blender • Or even hit it with a milk frother (surprisingly effective) Garibaldi ——————- Ingredients: • 1.5 oz Campari • 4–5 oz fresh, fluffy orange juice Instructions: 1. Fill a highball glass with ice. 2. Pour in Campari. 3. Top with your freshly aerated orange juice. 4. Stir gently and garnish with an orange wedge (optional). #GaribaldiCocktail #BrunchCocktails #Campari #NotAMimosa #FluffyOJ #CocktailTime #BrunchVibes #EasyCocktails #CitrusSeason #HomeBartender #CocktailInspo #WeekendDrinks #BittersweetCocktails #HouseMadeCocktails #DCDrinks
