This is how I will be spending Christmas this year. Christmas Day is approaching, but there will be no celebration in my home. I know many of you mean well and will want to wish me a Merry Christmas, send cards, or messages. Please do not. I am asking you clearly and respectfully to refrain. My family and I are living through the unbearable loss of my son. This pain is not something that fades with holiday words. TMan’s passing has left a wound so deep it has changed us forever. There is a hole in our lives that cannot be filled. We are not in the spirit of Christmas. We are in mourning, learning how to breathe and exist without him. Thank you for understanding and for respecting this boundary.
