We are hiring! 👨‍💻👩‍💻 KALEIDOSCOPE is looking to fill the following positions starting from September 2022, to join its growing team in Milan (some positions are eligible to be remote or hybrid): MANAGING EDITOR (Full time) who will work closely with the Creative Director and Executive Editor in managing the team of editors and writers, monitoring the editorial processes and schedules, and commissioning, creating, and editing magazine content. SENIOR DIGITAL MANAGER (Full time) who will develop digital strategies and initiatives for KALEIDOSCOPE and its associated entities, Capsule and Spazio Maiocchi, supervising the implementation of a steady flow of social media posts, website entries, and newsletters. STAFF WRITER AND COPY-EDITOR (Part time) with excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of KALEIDOSCOPE’s subject matter and tone of voice, as applied to the printed magazine, curatorial and creative agency projects, and digital platforms. MID-LEVEL GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Part time) to support our art direction and design team on projects ranging from identity, branding, and graphic design for print and digital. ASSISTANT EDITOR (Part time) to support the editorial team of Capsule, KALEIDOSCOPE’s sibling publication dedicated to design, architecture and interiors, with editorial coordination, research, and image sourcing and licensing. FREELANCE CREATIVE PRODUCER with industry knowledge and an eye for talent (photographers, stylists, illustrators, art directors, filmmakers), who will support our creative team in developing and executing concepts. The ideal candidates have at least 3 years experience working in a professional, deadline driven environment, have a collaborative and problem-solving approach, a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about growing with the studio.
