Swiiipe. Conceptualised and photographed the sleeve for @chaseandstatus upcoming record “What Came Before”. Stoked to finally share this. We put on a rave with C&S for this shot, just as restrictions were ending; banned phones and shot the image at the height of the set. Each single cover was cropped from the main record sleeve. After the last 2 years, it’s been interesting exploring what drives the inherent human need to get fucked up and dance in a dark room full of people. All of our work on What Came Before stems from this one moment - including the single covers, the album cover, visualisers and all of the music videos we briefed out - narratives that either start or end at this rave.
