It’s clear #DeveryJacobs is a force to be reckoned with. Between acting, filmmaking and being an Indigenous advocate, the Kanien’kehá:ka multi-hyphenate has stars in #ReservationDogs, a drama-comedy series from FX. Jacobs plays Elora, the leader of the “rez dogs,” a group of teens who are grappling with the loss of their friend. With its second season, Jacobs stepped into the writing room. “Getting to have a say in [my character’s] journey and getting to shape her in front of and behind the camera has been one of the greatest joys of my career to date," she says.
