I had the honor of attending my cousin's wedding this weekend. I try not to give ten thousand suggestions to anyone on what to do in their marriage. I'll share with you both these simple things and the best advice that worked for me and hubby 18+ years ago: - Keep the communication open, especially when you feel tempted to allow it to break down - On your best and worst days, remember why you fell in love - Hold onto your individuality and grow, blossom, and thrive as a unit - Your marriage is not e for everyone because everyone isn't qualified to offer advice or position themselves as an expert in your relationship or who you are as an individual - Keep the laughter flowing over the years - Be each other's safe space I love you both and am so happy to have you part of the family, Mylasha.
