90 days (3 whole months) today eating disorder free and in recovery! 90 days is a big milestone for me. The most time i’ve had since I was 15. It’s been hard, unbearable, truly took blood sweat & tears. But it’s also been freeing, empowering & full of self-love and self-acceptance. If you think you can’t do it, I promise you that you can. 91 days ago life seemed too hard. 91 days ago I was depressed, anxious & hopeless. 91 days ago I felt so alone so thank you to everyone that has supported me on this journey. Thank you to all of you who have stuck by me fumbling around on this app. Thank you for not judging me & empowering me to have a voice & to speak up on things that are of the utmost importance to me. . I can honestly say I love myself & accept myself more so than I ever have & ever thought I could. I wish this feeling and freedom on everyone.
