Since PR Pundit's establishment, almost 25 years ago, we have always stood tall when it comes to empowering women in many ways than one. Rather than wave the flag for women with words, we have taken actions that are embedded in our organisational culture. We introduced work-from-home for mothers’ way back in 2004.
Our latest win as the "Best Organization for Women Empowerment," at the Women Achievers Awards 2022, is the testament to our commitment towards providing equal opportunities and we are proud of the fact that today, PR Pundit is a women dominated firm, with a 85% #womenworkforce.
Women tend to drop out from the workforce at a point of time in their careers to nurture a family. Sadly, very few organisations encourage them to come back into the workforce by according the necessary flexibility in job roles, timings, etc. We have been known to encourage women who have taken a long break from corporate life to get back to work by providing flexibility in work schedules.
Our outlook has always been to help women balance their personal and professional commitments. We have been practising “working from home” for limited days organisation wide well before COVID. With a predominantly women workforce, we accord flexible working hours to allow team members to beat the rush-hour traffic and/or manage essential chores in the working week.
