My new "Smart Black" passed REACH testing via CTL Gmbh Bielefeld 😀 Smart Black is an all purpose black very similar to, and somewhere in between Stupid Black and InstaBlack. Smart Black has the same pigment load, so you'll know what to expect. It's easy to use for lining, shading and solid fill. Breaks down smooth for a grey wash.
