I have recently been working with my friends at @chesilsmokery on my range of smoked fish, and have just relaunched Hix Smokin’ House with them. All of the fish sent to the smokery is caught off the South West coast (apart from responsibly sourced Scottish salmon) and sent straight from the fishing boat to the smokery, just 20 minutes from @theoysterandfishhouse . I will be updating the range throughout the year and of course, introducing new products according to the season.
