“If I don’t train for a few days, will I lose progress?” Short answer is no. As you may have seen, I have been in isolation with covid for the past 5 days and I haven’t trained once. I’ve pretty much been situated on the couch or in bed letting my body recover, aside from getting up to get my Uber eats 😂. Obviously the first few sessions back I’m not going to be able to perform as I was before, but my strength and fitness will still be there. If you need to let your body rest and recover, do it!
